To navigate this catalogue:

1. Click on the “Search Catalogue” tab

2. Make selections from the drop down menus (target group, channel, country, theme) to search for BCC materials that match your criteria.

3. Click on “View Results” to display the results of your search.

4. Choose to order your displayed results by target group, channel, country, or theme.

5. Click on the to view the information (creative brief, research results, executions, etc) for that particular campaign.

6. You can reach the welcome screen at any time by clicking the “Home” button.

If you have problems viewing the video clips, you may require a MPG movie viewer.

Technical Considerations and Troubleshooting

1. Playing video or audio files.
   An MPG movie viewer is required to play audio and video files. The best application to use is likely to be Windows Media Player which is available at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmediaplayer, or you can download a free movie viewer online from http://www.winamp.com or http://www.real.com.

2. Downloading an audio or video file.
   Success downloading files will depend on your internet connection speed and the demand on our server. The best way to download media files is to right-click on the file link and select "save target as" to save the file to your computer. Once the file is finished downloading to your computer, you can open it.

3. Downloading a PDF file.
   Some of our print materials are available as PDF files. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view these files. You can download a free version from http://www.adobe.com.
