Program Description
Program objectives are to reduce morbidity and mortality among children under five by changing their mothers' behaviors concerning personal hygiene and awareness of the seriousness of infant diarrhea caused by dirty water, malnutrition and contaminated drinks. Posters reinforce health messages promoted by IPC workers. Training manuals for outreach workers help to ensure program quality.
