Program Description
The objective of PSI/China's IPC activities with sex workers is to increase consistent condom use among sex workers with all sexual partners. The program operates 2 drop in centers (DICs), each staffed with peer educators and outreach workers. Each DIC has related outreach/peer educators. The DIC itself is the site for training activities, which are also carried out in sites such as brothels or karaoke bars, etc. Brochures are distributed by IPC staff to reinforce health messages.
